Product RegistrationIt’s important to register products so that we can ensure you get the best service available for all your APC solutions. Just locate the model number and fill out the registration form, and search our archive of tech specs, manuals, FAQs and documentation, as well as product forum discussions.
Warranty ServicesYou can also use your model number to help calculate a product's factory warranty period, get recommendations for upgrades or replacements, and check service options and alerts for out-of-warranty products. Locate the model number on your product’s barcode sticker to get started.
Out of Warranty ServicesEven if your equipment is out of warranty, it doesn’t mean you’re out of options. We stand behind our products, and will provide you with the parts and/or services needed to keep your equipment up and running.
If you have equipment issues, reach out to our Technical Support team at 800-800-4272 option 4 and we will do our best to solve your issue over the phone. If a solution requires new parts and/or services, we will build either a Materials-only, or a Time and Materials quote, depending on your needs.
