Symmetra PX 20kW to 80kW - Seismic Anchoring Brackets

Cause:

The Symmetra PX 20kW to 80kW systems do not have a seismic kit

Resolution:

The customer must use the shipping bolt down brackets to bolt the UPS to the floor.  If they have thrown them away then they can buy the AR8112BLK.  See PDF for install drawing

No testing was done for PX40 platform.  However, seismic calculations were performed for PX40 by a Professional Engineer in California.

Note: PX40 does not have OSHPD pre-approval.  If the customer must have 40kW of PX that is OSHPD pre-approved, they would have to go with the PX100 platform.  That has been tested and carries a, OSHPD pre-approval.
