What do if there is BDC error code on display for Easy UPS SRV3KUXI-IN ?
Probable cause:
The battery is loosely connected, the battery is not connected or the battery is weak.
Possible Solution:
1. Check whether the battery is connected to the UPS by removing the front bezel. If not connected snap the battery connectors together.
2. Allow the battery to charge for 5hours.
3. Execute the battery self-test by navigating through the SET option to confirm the battery status.
4. Error gets cleared if the battery passes the self-test. If the battery fails the self-test, then batteries need to be checked.
In case the error persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
