UPS SRV6KUXI-IN is working on battery, thought it is connected to utility power supply?
Probable cause:
High or low input voltage or input frequency out of range.
Possible Solution:
1. Check the input voltage, frequency, earth voltage, and neutral line.
2. Check the input voltage and frequency through the display.
3. Check the input hard wiring for any short.
4. Try to turn on the UPS by giving a utility power supply after checking the connections.
In case if the issue persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint
