Cause:
This is a Microsoft limitation. Microsoft has omitted the messenger service that it has used since Windows NT. This is the background process that PowerChute has been using to message the local server as well as remote servers.
Solution:
PowerChute Business Edition is capable of running command files so if you have an alternative messaging system on your computers that can be called from a command/batch file, you may be able to use this as a solution.
