Can not launch to NetBotz 750/755 on DCE private LAN.

Environment:
StruxureWare Data Center Expert (DCE) 7.8 and earlier
NetBotz 750, 755 (NBRK0750 / NBWL0755) Firmware 5.2.2 and earlier

Cause:
When launching to a NetBotz 750 or 755 that resides on the private LAN of DCE from a computer that resides on the public LAN of DCE, Launch fails to properly connect and allow access to the web page of the NetBotz device

Resolution:
This is a known issue currently being looked into by our engineering teams. It is planned to be resolved in future revisions of NetBotz and DCE.
NetBotz information should still properly appear in DCE and surveillance images should also have no issue. This only affects device launch.
If access to the NetBotz web page is required, you will need to either connect your computer to the DCE private LAN and launch directly or put the NetBotz device on the DCE public LAN.
