How to check the model and serial number of an InRow Cooling Unit.
Product line:
ACRC100, ACSC100, ACRD100, ACRD200, ACRC101, ACSC101, ACRD101, ACRD201.
Environment:
All serial numbers.
Cause:
To help tech support identify the unit and its warranty status.
Resolution:
Press the < ESC> button until you get to the “ON/STANDBY” screen. Then use the down arrow to scroll though the display. When you get to the screen “ABOUT INROW” stop and make sure the arrow on the left side of the display is pointing at it and the hit the <ENTER/RETURN> button.
Now you have access to:
MODEL
SERIAL NUMBER
FIRMWARE
HARDWARE
MFG DATE
APP
AOS VERSION
