Issue:
PowerChute Business Edition 9.x agent does not launch properly from StruxureWare Central

Cause:

By default, the web page for a PowerChute Business Edition (PCBE) agent is launched from StruxureWare Central on port 3052. With PCBE version 9.x , you are redirected to HTTPS port 6547. The launch within StruxureWare does not support the redirect and will not allow the connection to the agent.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, simply edit the launch settings within Central so that it launches to HTTPS port 6547.
