Cause:
A new NetBotz appliance was purchased and the old one had an Advanced Software Pack associated to it.
Resolution:
The Advanced Software Pack License is tied to the first NetBotz unit it is assigned to. It cannot be transferred. For each new NetBotz unit purchased, an Advanced Software Pack License will also need to be purchased.
NOTE: If the NetBotz Appliance was replaced by technical support due to hardware failure, a replacement Advanced Software Pack can be associated to the replacement appliance.
