Can a NetBotz HID door handle be used on the AR3200 NetShelter Colocation or NetShelter SV cabinets?

Issue:
NetBotz HID door handles will not latch when used on the NetShelter Colocation or SV cabinets.

Product Line: 
NetShelter SX Colocation, NetShelter SV

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause: 
The hasp which ships with the HID door handles will not work on the NetShelter SX Colocation or NetShelter SV cabinets.

Resolution: 

Replacement hasps for the NetShelter SX Colocation and SV cabinets are now included with the HID door handle. The original hasp must be removed and replaced.
