Some users authenticating via a Remote Authentication Server are unable to login to the InfraStruXure Central.

Resolution:

When using a Remote Authentication Server, InfraStruXure Central 5.0 has limitations as to how many users can be within the Search Base that it is binding to. If the Search Base that is used for Remote Authentication contains more than 10,000 users, you may find that some of these users will be prompted with an 'Invalid Credentials' error upon login. This message will appear to some users that have been added from the Search Base, but not necessarily all.

To resolve this issue, you may bind to a more specific Search Base that contains less than 10,000 users.

NOTE: You may add multiple instances of a Remote Authentication Server, each having a smaller Search Base that contains less than 10,000 users.
