In Hyper-V, Virtual Machine shutdown is delayed when VM Migration is enabled.

Issue:
There is a delay proceeding with virtual machine shutdown when VM migration is enabled for Hyper-V.

Product Line:
PowerChute Network Shutdown v3.1 up to v4.3

Environment:
Windows Hyper-V

Cause:
If the VM Migration time is insufficient in attempting to migrate all VMs, there is a timeout issue before PowerChute proceeds with shutting down VMs that failed to migrate.

Resolution:
Ensure you allow sufficient time for the VM migration duration to attempt to migrate all VMs.

NOTE: This is is resolved in PoewrChute Network Shutdown v4.4.
