Issue:
When logging into SmartConnect Portal an error is received

Cause:
Error
Solution:
To correct log into the SmartConnect account and add company name to the user profile
Log into SmartConnect.apc.com
Go to My Profile
Go to My Company
Add company name
Click Update at the bottom of the web page
Log out of SmartConnect and log back in
If it is found that the tab to enter company information is missing as shown below the solution at this time is to create a new account on SmartConnect.APC.com and enter the pertinent information. Then associate the UPS with the newly created account.
