Issue:
Customer may ask what size the pallet bracket bolts are.
Product Line:
NetShelter SX, NetShelter SV, NetShelter VX
Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.
Cause:
Customer wants to make sure they have the proper tools on hand.
Resolution:
NetShelter SX, SV and VX pallet brackets require a 13 mm wrench.
The NetShelter SV also requires a T30 Torx wrench (included). If the bolts are too tight for the included T30 Torx tool please use a T30 Torx socket and socket wrench.
Customer may ask what size the pallet bracket bolts are.
