Can the NetShelter cabinet lay flat during shipment?

Issue:
Customer is asking if the NetShelter cabinet may be tilted or lay flat on it's side.

Product Line:
NetShelter SX, NetShelter SV, NetShelter VX, NetShelter AV

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
In order to save space, or fit into an oddly shaped freight container (like an air freight container), someone may wish to lay the NetShelter cabinet flat.

Resolution:
Absolutely not. A NetShelter cabinet is never to be tilted or laid flat during transit.
The only exception is the AR2400FP1 which ships unassembled, and can lie flat during transport.
