Help contents display as blank if you click the Index or Search button and then click the Contents button.

Issue:
When you access the online help that comes with the PowerChute Network Shutdown user interface, you can get blank pages in the Internet Explorer 11 browser if you click on the Index or Search buttons and subsequently click on the Contents button.

PowerChute Network Shutdown v3.1

Environment:
Internet Explorer 11.
Any supported operating system.

Cause:
This is an issue with Adobe RoboHelp and Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution:
Press F5 or refresh the browser to get the help contents to display.
