The Matrix-UPS battery communication cable has been misplaced, what can I do?

Replacement battery communication cable for Matrix battery pack is needed.

Cause

The cable is damaged or has been misplaced.


Resolution

The cable that provides battery communication is a standard RJ9 2 line 4 wire head set cable.  This is available at any phone accessory supplier.
