On the RP Chilled Water the top piping connections have one pipe for the return plumbed to the top, but no supply pipe connection, is this normal?

Resolution:
Yes this is normal. In the crating of each unit will be two long extension pipes that is field installed and insulated. If you need more clearance, it is suggested to use the flex pipe kit.
