What to do if you cannot SSH into PowerChute Network Shutdown appliance running on VMware?

Issue:
Attempting to SSH to PowerChute Network Shutdown Appliance and receive error message stating that connection has been refused.

Environment:
VMware
Cause:
SSH is not running or files are missing or corrupted.
Solution:
Note: All commands are in Bold Italic
Log into the Appliance using VMware vSphere Client
1 - Check to see if SSH is running. The command is
service sshd status
If the service is not running run this command service sshd start
2 - If the service is running run this command yum install samba-client samba-common
