Schneider Electric Chairman and CEO Jean-Pascal Tricoire Discusses the Supply Chain Advantage in Growing Global: Lessons for the New Enterprise

The chapter written by Tricoire and Clayton details how Schneider Electric turned supply chain management from a cost-cutting function into a source of global competitive advantage.
