NOTE: The process of downloading upgrade files listed below is only for customers located within North America at this time.  If you are from another region, please reach out to your local technical support for software support verification and to receive upgrade links.

Downloading Data Center Expert Upgrade Files

1) Log into your StruxureWare Help Center account at: https://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com

2) Click on your profile image in the top-right and then select My Products.

3) Your Data Center Expert appliance should show within the list.  Verify your product version listed within the version installed on your Data Center Expert appliance.  If they do not match, hover over or click on the version number for instructions on updating. Once the version number is correct, click the link for "There's a new update for your product".

4) If you are prompted with a form to fill out for contract association, please fill out and submit.  A technical support agent usually responds within 1-2 business days to associate your contract to your product for upgrades access.

5) Once a contract is associated an update path will become available to you.  Expand the update path by clicking on "See Update Path."

6) Click on the first Download button, which should be a newer version than the one you are currently running.
The current upgrade path is: 6.3.0>7.0.0>7.2.0>7.2.1>7.2.2>7.2.4>7.2.5>7.2.6>7.2.7>7.3.1>7.4.3>7.5.0>7.6.0>7.7.0.

7) Download the upgrade zip file from the table.

8) Proceed to step 5 of the Complete Upgrade Process found within knowledge base FA372574.
