Sending email from a Netbotz Version 1 Appliance Fails

NetBotz version 1

Cause:

Some mail servers need a valid return address to accept mail, the location field can be used, in conjunction with the DNS Domain field, to supply the SMTP server with a valid address.

Resolution:

When sending an email from a 300, 303, 310, 400 series appliance, the email server is rejecting the email. The location field can be completed with a valid return address.
