Below is a list of the supported upgrade paths for PowerChute Business Edition v10.x

China
Version 9.0.1 to 10.0 64-bit Agent only. The 32-bit 9.0.1 Agent is not upgradable to version 10.0.
Version 10.0 to 10.0.1, 10.0.2, 10.0.3,10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.1 to 10.0.2 ,10.0.3,10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.2 to 10.0.3,10.0.4
Version 10.0.3 to 10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.4 to 10.0.5

Rest of World (excluding Japan)
Version 9.5 to 10.0 64-bit Agent only. The 32-bit 9.5 Agent is not upgradable to version 10.0.
Version 10.0 to 10.0.1, 10.0.2,10.0.4,10.0.5

NOTE: Beginning with the release of PowerChute Business Edition 9.5, the Server and Console have been decommissioned replace by a single web Agent. And, beginning with the release of PowerChute Business Edition version 10.0, PowerChute is a 64-bit application only.
