How to Download the Hong Kong RMA form for APC Single Phase UPS

Before submitting the RMA, please check if the warranty is still valid.
Warranty detail can be found on apc.com>find product description in website>Technical Specification>Conformance>Standard warranty
Please input the customer information, delivery address (if not same as above) and UPS information.
Please describe the fault in detail.

Press the submit button and it will turn to the send email screen.

Please ensure that attach along with related document and click the SEND button.
RMA request with insufficient document/information WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
