How do Software Support & Extended Warranty contracts work for NetBotz?

Standard Hardware Warranty for NetBotz appliances is 2 years. *Software Support is NOT included, so must be purchased separately. 

The following Software Support SKUs are available to purchase for the first 2 years to supplement the existing hardware warranty.

WNBWN001 - Base 2 year Software Support Contract for Wall Monitor NBWL0355 & NBWL0455
WNBWN002 - Base 2 year Software Support Contract for Rack Monitor NBRK0450 & NBRK0570

The following  SKUs are also available if a customer wishes to extend the hardware warranty and software support beyond the standard 2 years.

WNBWN003 - Extension of 1 year Software Support and Hardware Warranty for Wall Monitor NBWL0355 & NBWL0455 (Requires the purchase of the WNBWN001 initially)
WNBWN004 - Extension of  1 year Software Support and Hardware Warranty for Rack Monitor NBRK0450 & NBRK0570 (Requires the purchase of the WNBWN002 initially)

NOTE: Netbotz units can be covered under warranty for a maximum of (5) years (i.e. 2 year base warranty + 3 extensions), and warranty extensions can only be purchased for Netbotz appliances that are currently under both hardware and software warranties
*Software Support for customers with a valid software support contract is available via telephone or email is available 24 x 7 in NAM and 8 x 5 in all other regions.
