Cause
The Symmetra LX is a split-phase UPS which reports an individual value for load percentage on each of the two "hot" legs that are present.
Resolution
Since the output of multiple phases is being monitored and recorded, the Symmetra LX will appear in the "3-Phase UPS Load" report in ISX Manager and not on the "1-Phase Load" report as is the case with other Symmetras. The third phase in this report will be reported as "Unknown."
