SmartConnect Device Registration when QR Label is Missing

Problem: The label containing the QR code and references required to pair a new SmartConnect-enabled UPS to a SmartConnect portal account may appear to be missing. How can a SmartConnect enabled device be registered without the scan label?
Resolution:
Rack-mount models may have the QR label attached to the front or rear panel of the unit rather than to the top - please inspect the rear and front panels.
Tower models have the QR label attached to the top of the UPS.
If the label is not available on the top, front or rear panel of the UPS, manual registration is possible.

2. SMT UPS models can be paired to a SmartConnect portal account without the QR label. In order to identify the Product ID and Product Key references required for pairing:
a) using the UPS LCD Display, navigate to "About" menu and scroll to the "UPS MAC" and "Product Key" entries
b) log into your SmartConnect account and choose "ADD DEVICE" then "Product Codes", and input the codes identified on the UPS LCD:
