No Communication with UPS Troubleshooting for PowerChute Business Edition on Windows Platforms

Ensure that PowerChute Business Edition Agent service is running that is 'PCBE Agent Backend service name is APC PBE Agent' and Make sure that the serial cable that came with the UPS is connecting the UPS and the system serial port. It is NOT a standard RS-232 cable
