While the Luminous UPS LB600UNO is on utility supply/Battery mode connected equipment loses power/not supports the load?

Probable cause:

1. An overload condition has occurred.
2. Connected equipment does not accept the step approximated sine wave from the easy ups.

Possible solution:

1. Disconnect all the nonessential equipment connected to the UPS.
2. Reconnect one equipment at a time and make sure it does not exceed the UPS load capacity.
3. The output waveform is intended for computers and peripheral devices only.

In case if issue persist even after trying the above troubleshooting, Contact customer care.
