Probable cause:
1. Utility power is unavailable.
2. UPS input chord is not connected properly or partially connected to utility supply.
3. UPS is sensing Low or high input voltage to operate on mains.
4. Low rated power strip/extension board is used between main source and UPS.
5. Easy UPS is operating on battery mode. The UPS has shutdown due to low battery, as the control power exists UPS will beep for few seconds.
Possible solution:
1. The Easy UPS will return to normal operation once the utility power/main power restore to normal range.
2. Charge the UPS for 6 hours by keeping the ups power on/off button off and utility power ON.
