RX/TX (10/100) LED indication is Off in NMC card AP9631.

Probable cause:
• The NMC is not receiving input power.
• The cable that connects the NMC to the network is disconnected or not functioning properly.
• The device that connects the NMC to the network is turned off or not operating correctly.
• The NMC itself is not operating properly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Solution: It may need to be repaired or replaced. Contact APC by Schneider Electric Customer Support.
