Status LED is Not illuminating any indication in NMC card AP9631?

Probable cause:  
• The NMC is not receiving input power.
• The NMC is not operating properly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
Solution:It may need to be repaired or replaced. Contact APC by Schneider Electric Customer Support.
