Is there a minimum load rating for the NetShelter SP cabinets?

Issue:
Customers may ask if there is a minimum load rating needed before moving to Shock Packaging.

Product Line:
NetShelter SX Shock Package

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers.

Cause:
Customers may need to ship cabinets with a light load, and ask if there's a load weight at which we recommend Shock Packaging be used.

Resolution:
We recommend Shock Packaging cabinets be used when shipping cabinets with equipment installed, regardless of the weight.
