Total battery count in NMC interface of Symmetra UPS is off by a factor of 10
Product line:
Symmetra UPS systems using AP9630/31/35 NMC, and AOS 6.4 firmware
Environment:
All models, all serial numbers
Resolution:
A firmware bug was discovered that can show an incorrect count of total batteries, as show in the picture below. This is only an informational issue, and has no bearing on the function of the UPS or NMC.
This will be addressed in a future revision of firmware, and this article will be updated to reflect this.
