UPS does not shut down after power-related events when configured with PowerChute Business Edition
Issue:
UPS does not shut down after power-related events (“Power Failed” or “Low Battery” events).
Product:
PowerChute Business Edition v9.2.1 and higher
Environment:
UPS devices with the C postfix, e.g. SMT 750C, SMC 1500C
Solution:
Upgrade your UPS firmware to the latest revision to resolve the issue. For more information, see Knowledge Base article FA279197 available on the APC website.
