Why does PowerChute Network Shutdown web page fail to load to web browser when running on Windows Hyper-V?
Issue:
Unable to open the interface to PowerChute Network Shutdown running on Windows Hyper-V servers when connecting using Internet Explore or Firefox.

Environment:
PowerChute Network Shutdown versions 4.1 and 4.2 running on Windows Hyper-V when connected to the web page using Internet Explore or Firefox.
When running PCNS 4.2 you will see in the error.log file "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded"
You will not see that error when running PCNS 4.1. With both PCNS 4.2 and 4.1 you may see the error "The site can't be reached"

Java issue
Solution:
Update to Java JRE 8u102 or above
