PowerChute cannot be installed on 32-bit systems

Issue:
PowerChute cannot be installed on 32-bit systems.

Product Line:
PowerChute Business Edition
PowerChute Serial Shutdown
PowerChute Network Shutdown

Environment:
All supported OS

Cause:

1. PowerChute Serial Shutdown is a 64-bit-only application. It is not supported on 32-bit operating systems.
2. Starting with PowerChute Business Edition v10.0, the Agent is a 64-bit-only application, and support for 32-bit operating systems has been discontinued.
3. Starting with PowerChute Network Shutdown v4.3, PowerChute is a 64-bit-only application, and support for 32-bit operating systems has been discontinued.

Solution:
We no longer support 32-bit operating systems. To run PowerChute upgrade the hardware to 64-bit.
