PowerChute Serial Shutdown has been released to replace PowerChute Personal Edition. Below is a link to the download page. We recommend users uninstall PowerChute Personal Edition and install PowerChute Serial Shutdown.
With a Back-UPS PowerChute Serial Shutdown will communicate via USB (Universal Serial Bus).
