PowerChute Personal Edition V3.0 balloon notification not launching properly.

Cause:
We have found an issue where after clicking on balloon notification in the System tray to launch the cost configuration window the expected result would be the PCPE GUI should launch and cost configuration window should appear. The actual result is PCPE GUI fails to launch upon clicking on "Energy Cost" balloon notification.

Solution:
Upgrade to version 3.0.2
