Can the side slam latches of a NetShelter SX cabinet be locked or disabled so they can only be opened from inside the cabinet?

Issue:
The NetShelter SX has side slam latches that unlock from outside the cabinet.

Product Line:
NetShelter SX

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers.

Cause:
A concern for security would most likely create the need to 'freeze' the side locks.
