Cause:
“Launching programs and files in an IFRAME” has been disabled
Solution:
If “Launching programs and files in an IFRAME” is disabled in Internet Explorer, a Security Alert is displayed when you try to log on to PowerChute Business Edition Agent.
If “Launching programs and files in an IFRAME” is disabled, enable it. For Internet Explorer 9.0, you enable it as follows:
1) Select Internet Options on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
2) On the Security tab, open the list of custom level settings.
3) Under Miscellaneous, enable “launching programs and files in an IFRAME.
