Issue: SRT UPS reports Fan Inoperative

Environment: Serial Number date codes 2001 to 2044
Cause: A loose contact between the fan assembly and controller board connectors may cause the UPS to report Fan Inoperative.
Resolution: Provide a replacement UPS and ensure the replacement unit is from date code 2045 and onwards.
