PowerChute Network Shutdown will not communicate with or drops communication with VMware ESXi 5.5 host.
In the PowerChute error.log file the error Connection to ESXi Host could not be made.java.rmi.RemoteException: VI SDK invoke exception:javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake is recorded.

Solution:
Install the latest VMware patch ESXi550-201612001
