Data Center Expert | How do I edit the desktop clients audio alert settings?

How do I enable/disable audible alerts within Data Center Expert for alarms?

By default, the audio alert feature of Data Center Expert is not enabled.
  1. Log into the Data Center Expert Desktop Client.
  2. File menu > Client Preferences.
  3. Select Audio Settings in the navigation pane.
  4. Check the checkbox for Play Sounds when Alarm Occurs.
  5. Select a Provided Audio File from the drop-down menu, or Select a Custom Audio File.
  6. Select Test Sound, if you wish to test the audio alert.
  7. Select Apply and then OK.
