AP9635 Modbus registers are not compatible with NAM Galaxy 5000 Modbus registers


Issue:
AP9635 Modbus registers are not compatible with NAM Galaxy 5000 Modbus registers.


Product line:
Galaxy 5000 NAM


Environment:
Galaxy 40KVA, 50KVA,60KVA, 80KVA, 100KVA and 130KVA


Cause:
AP9635 Modbus registers are not qualified for NAM Galaxy 5000.


Resolution:
Do not use AP9635 MODBUS resistor for NAM Galaxy 5000 UPS.

Use below link to download the correct Modbus register used for NAM Galaxy 5000.
