Can NetShelter horizontal cable managers be mounted back-to-back?

Issue:
A customer is asking if the horizontal cable managers can be mounted back-to-back.

AR8600A, AR8602A, AR8603A, AR8605, AR8606, AR8612

Cause:
In some installations it may be advantageous to mount the horizontal cable managers on both sides of the mounting rail.
