Issue:
EcoStruxure IT option in DCE 7.7.0 shows "Retrieving Status"

Environment:
StruxureWare DCE (Version 7.7.0)
EcoStruxure IT Digital Service option

Cause:
Due to a fault in DCE 7.7.0 EcoStruxure "Registration Status", "Connection Status", and "Last Message Sent" all show "Retrieving Status..."

Resolution:

This will be fixed in the upcoming DCE 7.7.1 release. If you've registered and this status had valid values, DCE should continue to communicate to the EcoStruxure system.
