Video: Clear Event Counter on Back-UPS XS/RS "G" & "M" Series

Issue:
Tutorial for clearing the on-battery event counter on APC Back-UPS Pro RS/XS/NS G & M models via the front display.

Environment:
BR700G/BR1000G/BR1500G
BX850M/BX1000G/BX1300G/BX1350M/BX1500M/BN1080G/BN1350G

Cause:
It may be desired to clear the event counter to track power disturbances following a relocation of the UPS or a change to its electrical environment.

Resolution:
Process to reset the device's on-battery event counter using the method below:

1. Press the MENU button until Event Counter Screen is displayed.
2. Press and hold the MENU button for six seconds.
3. While holding down the MENU button, briefly press the POWER button to set Counter to zero.
