"The Sepam firmware update is a delicate operation. If this update is not done properly, the Sepam may be out of order. In order to avoid inappropriate updates, the Sepam patch which has been developed to fix a technical problem by updating the Sepam will be encoded with the Sepam Serial Number. This will guarantee a proper update on a batch of Sepams. The patch would have been tested for the Sepams which it will update.
