Charge Mobile Battery is a lithium-ion battery system designed to power Microsoft Surface Hub 2 on-the-go for over 100 minutes. This document will help with basic use and set-up.
Resolution:
Q - Battery does not output power
A - Battery is not turned on. Press the POWER ON/OFF button for more than 3 seconds and less than 6 seconds to enable
24 V DC output voltage. LEDs will illuminate white indicating the battery state of charge.
Q - How do I turn the CSH2 Battery Off?
A - Press the POWER ON/OFF button for more than 6 seconds and less than 20 seconds to turn off the APC Charge.
Q - I Cannot find battery POWER ON/OFF button
A - The Button is on the bottom of the unit under a green sticker. Remove the sticker to access the button
Q - The battery icon is not showing on the hub
A - Check that all 3 cables are securely connected to the hub and the CSH2 battery
Q - My battery is not charging
A - Check that all 3 cables are securely connected to the hub and the CSH2 battery
Q - The battery is not powering hub
A - Check that all 3 cables are securely connected to the hub and the CSH2 battery
Q - My battery doesn’t charge
A - Verify that the AC cable is securely connected to the hub
